Woman charged as habitual felon

A Mocksville woman remains in jail after her arrest earlier this month on a multitude of charges, including being a habitual felon.
Marisa Johnson, 34, of Oak St., was charged by Mocksville police with: habitual felon, assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury, 3 counts each selling heroin and possession with intent to sell heroin.
The investigation is ongoing, and more charges are possible, according to police.
