Davie voters may have a choice for the Board of County Commissioners when they go to the polls in November.

A Mocksville resident is conducting a petition drive to have his name placed on the ballot.

Justin Draughn must collect signatures from 1,127 (4%) of registered voters by noon on June 24 to be included on the ballot. Those signatures must be verified by the Davie Board of Elections.
