Martha Cecile Little, 49, of Mocksville died unexpectedly Saturday, Feb. 20, 2016, at Rowan Regional Medical Center in Salisbury.

She was born in Davie County on June 24, 1966, and graduated from Davie County High School in the class of 1984. She had worked as a sales clerk at Countryside Consignments and attended Oak Grove United Methodist Church.

Survivors: her mother, Christine Clement Rivers, and her father, Joe H. Little; a son, Joseph Lock Chor; and 2 sisters, Dee Mock (George III) and Amanda Gillespie, all of Mocksville.

Preceding her in death were her maternal grandparents, Avery and Virginia Clement, and her paternal grandparents, Cecil and Ruby Little.

The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 25 at Davie Funeral Service Chapel in Mocksville. A graveside celebration of life service will be conducted at 2 p.m. Friday, Feb. 26 at Oak Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery, 2206 US 158, Mocksville.
