Grand jury issues indictments

The following were indicted by a Grand Jury during the Sept. 14 session of Davie Superior Court.

– Anthony Laquane Brooks, assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury.

– Latisha Dawn Bumgarner, assault with a deadly weapon on government officer.

– Thaddeus Emerson Clutter, speeding to elude arrest.

– Joshua Ronnie Cole, accessory after the fact to robbery with a dangerous weapon.

– Gregory Dreux Crateau, two counts statutory sex offense with person 13, 14, or 15 years old, three counts statutory rape of person 13, 14, or 15 years old.

– Cherron Curry, safecracking, first degree burglary, assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury, robbery with a dangerous weapon.

– Quintin James Darga, two counts each statutory rape of person 13, 14, or 15 years old, taking indecent liberties with a child, statutory sex offense with a person 13, 14, or 15 years old.

– Kathy Hutchens Draughn, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver a schedule II controlled substance, selling a schedule II controlled substance, two counts maintaining vehicle for a controlled substance, trafficking opium/heroin by sale, trafficking opium/heroin by possession.

– Mikal Larenzo Gadson, robbery with a dangerous weapon, safecracking, first degree burglary, assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury.

– Ryan Scott Gore, misdemeanor larceny, aid and abet assault with a deadly weapon on a government official.

– Ricie Ray Hollar, two counts possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver a schedule II controlled substance, selling a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining vehicle for a controlled substance, maintaining dwelling for a controlled substance, trafficking opium/heroin by sale, trafficking opium/heroin by delivery, trafficking opium/heroin by possession.

– Frederick Darrel Howell, robbery with a dangerous weapon.

– Dustin Dwayne Hunter, second degree rape, second degree sex offense, felony breaking/entering.

– Cedrick Herman Jones, attempted first degree murder, conspiracy to commit first degree murder, accessory after the fact to attempted first degree murder.

– Robert Nathaniel Jones, attempted first degree murder, conspiracy to commit first degree murder.

– Roger Harold Jones, habitual felon, attempt to obtain property by false pretense.

– Ryan Daniel Jordan, assault with a deadly weapon inflicting serious injury, safecracking, first degree burglary, robbery with a dangerous weapon.

– Carma Cheryl Anne Jurney, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver a schedule II controlled substance, maintaining place for keeping/selling controlled substances.

– Katherine Kierstead, 2 counts larceny pursuant to breaking/entering, conspiracy to commit breaking/entering, felony breaking/entering.

– Keith Braxton McDaniel, safecracking.

– Jamie Walter Merritt, 2 counts each taking indecent liberties with a child and sex offense with a child by an adult.

– Timothy William Mertes, insurance fraud, attempt to obtain property by false pretense.

– Angel Abraham Pereira, two counts each taking indecent liberties with a child and sex offense with a child by an adult.

– Mickey Wayne Roseman Jr., misdemeanor possession of stolen goods, possession of a schedule II controlled substance.

– Cruz Aguirre Serrano, possession of cocaine.

– Larry Davis Shoffner, taking indecent liberties with a child.

– Travis Lawrence Smith, misdemeanor larceny, obtaining property by false pretense.

– Brandy Langley Swing, 2 counts each possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver a schedule IV controlled substance and sale of a schedule IV controlled substance.

– Paul Draton Toney Jr., manufacture of marijuana, possession of marijuana paraphernalia, maintaining dwelling for marijuana.

– Randy Travis Turner, possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver a schedule II controlled substance, selling a schedule II controlled substance.

– Brittany Michelle Wilson, accessory after the fact to attempted first degree murder.
