John Richard Smith, 41, of Howardtown Road, died on Thursday, March 15, 2012.  Born in Davie County on December 3, 1970, he was the son of Jimmy R. Smith and Helen Hudson Beamon, who survive.  He was a member of Bixby Church of the Living God.
