Woodmen of the World Family Lodge 323 will host a local candidates forum on Tuesday, March 27 in preparation for the May 8 primaries and school board elections.
This is an open forum that will be held at the County Line Volunteer Fire Department, 1819 Ridge Road, Mocksville, beginning at 7 p.m. Ridge Road is approximately 10 miles just off US 64 west of Mocksville.
Each candidate will be given the opportunity to speak and there will be an opportunity to those in attendance to ask questions.
Locally, there will be three school board members elected at the May primary and there will be 3 Republican candidates chosen for seats on the board of county commissioners.
