Lillian Faye Turpin Riffe, 88, of Mocksville, passed away peacefully Saturday, March 8, 2025 in Winston-Salem with her family at her side.
She was born July 8, 1936 in Kimball, W.Va. to the late Thomas “Doc” and Gladys Turpin.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Tom Turpin, Ronald Turpin, and Bruce Turpin.
Survivors include: her husband, Carl Riffe; her 3 sons, Roger Riffe, Rod Riffe and wife Elizabeth, and Craig Riffe and wife Debbie; 2 sisters, Kay Barr and Jan Holmes; 3 grandchildren, Brittany Riffe-Ries, Hailey Riffe, and Joseph Riffe; and great-grandson, Arlo Riffe-Ries.
A funeral service will be conducted at 2 p.m., Saturday, March 15 at Lambert Funeral Chapel with Rev. Lori Anne Bowen officiating. The family invites friends to visit with them at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. A graveside service will be conducted at 11 a.m., Monday, March 17 at Salisbury National Cemetery. The funeral procession will assemble and leave the funeral home promptly at 10:15 a.m.
