The following cases were disposed of during the Dec. 1 session of Davie District Court. Presiding: Judge Wayne L. Michael. Prosecuting: Eric Farr and Pearce Dougan, assistant DAs.

– William C. Brumley, failure to reduce speed, reduced to unsafe movement, prayer for judgment continued.

– Andrew L. Camp, second degree trespass, sentenced to 15 days, credit for 11 days.
