The following cases were disposed of during the Sept. 22 session of Davie District Court. Presiding: Judge Jon W. Myers. Prosecuting: Eric Farr and Pearce Dougan, assistant DAs.

– alah Nabil Ahmed, defraud drug/alcohol test, dismissed in the interest of justice.

– Amran Mohammed Alsaidi, defraud drug/alcohol test, dismissed in the interest of justice.

– William Lee Boger, driving while license revoked DWI revocation, $100, cost; unsafe movement, dismissed per plea.

– Jhammar Vernon Bowen, speeding 98 in a 70, dismissed per plea; reckless driving, $800, cost.

– Matthew Taylor Daniel, consuming alcohol by age 19/20, resisting public officer, dismissed in the interest of justice.
