Jeffrey Lewis Hoffman, 54, of Davie County passed away on Jan. 26, 2022 at Grand Strand Medical Center.
He was born Sept. 6, 1967 in Galax, Va. He was a friend to many and was always the life of the party and brought many laughs to others. He enjoyed carpentry, NASCAR, and going to the beach or mountains.
He is survived by: his daughter, Rachel Lambe and son-in-law Dillon Lambe; grandson, Jackson Lambe; mother, Mildred Hoffman; siblings, Mary Anderson, Melinda Hawks, and Jamie Hoffman; special friend, Erin Kimball; as well as several nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held for close family and friends at a later date.
