Timothy Darrell Hodges, 58, of Yadkinville, NC, entered his heavenly home on Dec. 29, 2021, from Novant Forsyth Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC.
Tim, as he was so lovingly known as, was born on March 14, 1963 in Forsyth County, the son of the late Eugene Tilton Hodges and Ruby Mae (Hauser) Hodges.
In life, Tim graduated from Forsyth Tech with an associate’s degree. Later, he went on and became a tractor builder with Gravely International. He worked with them for a short time before retiring. Tim married his devoted wife, Susan Lynn (Mahone) Hodges in 1989 in Erwin, NC. With their union, Tim had one son. As a God-fearing man Tim was a member of Church of God Prophecy where he was an usher and a youth director.
Tim is survived by: his loving wife, Susan Lynn Hodges of Yadkinville; 1 son, Darrell Hodges (Carrie) of Hamptonville; 2 brothers, Willis Greg Hodges Sonia) of Yadkinville and Dennis Dwight Hodges (Linda) of Spruce Pine; 1 grandson, Draven Hodges; and 1 nephew, Eric Hodges (Christina).
Services for Tim will be held at a later date.
