Cynthia “Cindy” Lou Smith Brown, 66, of Yadkinville, passed away Thursday, Nov. 11, 2021.
She was born Sept. 6, 1955 in Rowan County to the late June Bailey Smith and Anice Lou Foster Smith. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Locksley Brown; son, Russell Gray Wright; and brother, Thomas Smith.
Surviving: her grandchild, Dakota Evans; sisters, Martha (David) McBride, June (Lawrence) Whitaker; and brother, John A. Smith.
A graveside service was held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 20, 2021 at Yadkinville Pentecostal Holiness by the Rev. Shane Young. Gentry Family Funeral Service in Yadkinville is serving the Brown family.
