“Booetown” is going pink on Saturday, Oct. 30 from 11 a.m.-2 p.m. at Central Davie Academy, 160 MLK Jr. Road, Mocksville.
Community churches are working together to sponsor a “Booetown Turn Up,” a fundraiser and breast cancer awareness event.
“Let’s come together wearing pink, in a pinked out parking lot, for exercise, zumba and line dancing,” said Sherri Jefferies.
Door prizes and a healthy snack will be provided. The cost is a $20 donation Bring families and lawn chairs. There will be games for children.
