– Damian Arellano, DWI, sentenced to 2 years, suspended 18 months, 30 days active, substance abuse assessment, surrender license, not operate vehicle until licensed, $500, cost, $495 attorney fee; failure to yield from private drive, dismissed per plea.

– Alex Dean Beal, second degree trespass, dismissed per plea; resisting officer, sentenced to 60 days, suspended 12 months, 72 hours community service, $250, cost, $185 attorney fee.

– Erick Cristian Cantu, speeding 101 in a 70, no license, dismissed per plea; reckless driving, $800, cost.

– Calvin Alexander Fair, speeding 87 in a 70, driving while license revoked not DWI, dismissed, lofficer no longer available.

– Marcus Antonio Gadson, assault on a female, dismissed, state’s motion to continue denied; assault on a female, dismissed at request of prosecuting witness.

– Amanda Lynn Gilliam, misdemeanor larceny, dismissed in the interest of justice.
