A report was filed with the Iredell County Sheriff’s Office Special Victim’s Unit regarding a juvenile having been sexually assaulted. The investigation was assigned to Deputy A.N. Guadalupe with Iredell County Sheriff’s Office Sex Offender Registry.

The juvenile victim was interviewed at the Dove House Children’s Advocacy Center. Several additional witnesses were located and interviewed. Based on evidence and information gathered during the investigation, felony warrants for arrest were obtained for Timothy Clayton Campbell. Timothy Clayton Campbell was charged with 18 counts of Statutory Sex offense with a Child by an Adult.
