To the editor:

Two years ago an employee at Uniform Express embezzled a considerable amount of money.
Even though the evidence was substantial, it seems that showping up for court is pretty much optional for the thief.

Our state prosecutor, Scott Harkey, has steadfastly worked to see this matter brought to a correct conclusion. Had it not been for Scott, this crime would have bone by with little if any punishment.

All of the money has been recovered and the offender is serving time. Scott has now started his own law practice in Winston-Salem. I wish him the best.
