The Mocksville Planning Board will meet at 5:30 p.m. Feb. 11 at town hall.

The J Ryan Group has applied to rezone an approximate 23.18 acres of a 44 acre parcel from General Residential (GR) to Neighborhood Residential (NR). The property is to the west of Charleston Ridge Drive between 193 and 201 Charleston Ridge Drive and is parcel of the Davie County Tax Map J50000003205.

Board members will review text amendments of the Zoning Ordinance regarding compliance with General Statute 160D.
