Kathryn Luann (Hayes) Niebauer, 51, of Mocksville died unexpectedly on Aug. 18, 2020.

She was born May 30, 1969 in Guilford County to Ellis Hayes and Kathryn Meryll Hayes. She graduated from Davie High School with the class of 1987.  She worked in the hospitality business as a maid with Quality Inn.

Survivors: her sons, John A. Vandall (Jessica) of Mocksville and Dylan E. Niebauer of Mocksville; a daughter, Kelsey Ann Hubbard of North Dakota; a brother, Norman Hayes of Bishopville, S.C.; a sister, Janet Hayes Duncan of North Dakota; 4 grandchildren, Annebelle Vandall, Aria Hubbard, Alexander Vandall and step-granddaughter Freya Swaim.
