Taylor Jaxon Anthony, aged 1 month and 22 days, of Spring Street, Mocksville, died on Thursday, May 14, 2020, at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem.

Little Jax was born on March 22, 2020 in Forsyth County to Tevin Jarod Anthony and Jorie Alexandra Sineath.

Jax was the most perfect baby. He was strong, silly and had a big yawn. He will be greatly missed by all of his loving family.

He was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandfather, Ed Taylor.

In addition to his parents, survivors include: his maternal grandparents, Steve and Penny Belcher of Lexington; paternal grandparents, Dora Campbell and Tyrone Anthony, both of Mocksville; maternal great-grandmothers, Shelvia Taylor of Panama City, Fla. and Judy Belcher of West Virginia; aunts and uncles, Tisa and Matt Fortune, Elyssa and Ron Keith, Eric and Erin Sineath, Jahlissa Sineath, Kelsey and Cristian Mendez, Chris Coleman, Shae Murphy, Dianisha Durant; and several cousins.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
