Betty Sue Ervin Tadlock, 69, formerly of Mooresville, died Sunday, Nov. 10, 2019, at Somerset Court.

She was born Feb. 10, 1950 in Iredell County to the late Albert Tillard Ervin and Bertha Lee Elizabeth Mayhew Ervin Settlemyer Eddings. She enjoyed coloring, loved her dogs and traveling to the beach.

She was also preceded in death by: her brothers, Kenneth Ervin and Gary Ervin.

Survivors: 2 daughters, Teresa Phares of Advance and Crystal Davis (James) of Charlotte; 4 grandchildren, McKenna Trivett (David), Samantha Phares, Andrew Weathers, and Ka’moora Al-Bey; her sister, Peggy Harsey of Mooresville; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

There will be a private celebration of life service. Flowers are accepted and may be sent to the funeral home or memorials may be considered in memory of Betty Tadlock for Somerset Court, 150 Ken Dwiggins Drive, Mocksville.
