Hilda Mae Myers, 86, of Mocksville, died at her home on Oct. 22, 2019.

She was born Nov.26, 1932 in Frederick County, Va., a daughter to the late Floyd Hampton Ridenhour and Bessie Mae Morrison. She married Allan S. Myers. She was also preceded in death by her husband and several brothers and sisters.

She worked for Westinghouse Aerospace in Baltimore, Md. for more than 30 years. She enjoyed golfing and reading books.

Survivors: a daughter, Constance Purkey (David) of Mocksville; 2 step-daughters; sisters, Beatrice Gifford of Florida and Katherine Hartley of Virginia; 2 grandchildren; 6 great-grandchildren; 6 step-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.

No public funeral services are scheduled.
