Mr. Jerry Harding Baity, 72 of Advance, died on Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2019 at the Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home.

He was born June 4, 1947 in Davie County to the late Roby Addison Baity and Annie Hutchens. He had retired as a truck driver from Storopack .

Survivors: his wife, Sandra Baity; 2 daughters, Mary Ann Styers (Ricky) and Tina Hadley (Ken); a grandson, Cody Styers (Meredith); 3 granddaughters, Jessica Kibler, Kimber Gonzalez (Jonathan) and Lindsey Hadley; 3 great -grandchildren, Wyatt Styers, Jackson Styers and Amelia Gonzalez; 2 sisters, Mary Kathryn Baity and Nellie Prim (Buddy); and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday at Advance First Baptist Church by Pastor Rodney Hellard.
