Mr. Thomas Eugene Correll, 74, of Nancy Easter Loop, Mocksville, died Friday, Sept. 27, 2019, at his home.

He was born April 23, 1945, in Davidson County to the late Kenneth Eugene and Bertha Hamilton Correll. He was owner of Thomas Correll’s Used Cars for more than 30 years.

He was also preceded in death by a step-son, Tracy Easter.

Survivors: his wife of 29 years, Nancy Correll of the home; a son, Barry Correll (Traci) of Mocksville; a granddaughter, Dr. Whittney Correll of Greenville, S.C.; 2 brothers, Jerry Correll (Libby) and Terry Correll (Louise); a step-daughter, April Coble; a step-daughter-in-law, Susan Easter; step-grandchildren, Ashley Coble, Ronnie Coble Jr., Seth Easter, Matthew Easter and Lilli Easter, all of Mocksville and Tracy Easter Jr. (Candy) of New Bern; step-great-grandchildren, Kolton and Braylon Coble and Ethan and Wyatt Easter; several nieces and nephews; and several great-nieces and great-nephews.

A funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 1 at Eaton Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Fred Carlton officiating. Burial will follow in Liberty United Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Monday, Sept. 30 at Eaton Funeral Home.
