Mrs. Rozeller Gaither Brown, 87, of Mocksville, died Sunday, Sept. 22, 2019.

She was born July 14, 1932 to the late Bailey Lee and Alice William Alexander Gaither. Mrs. Brown was a kind and gentle person who loved to care for elderly relatives, tending to orchids, baking, crocheting and sewing.

She was also preceded in death by a brother, William “Pete” Gaither.

Survivors: her husband of 47 years, Adolphus Lee Brown; daughter, Rosalind Brown; son, Christopher Lee Johnson (Elizabeth); and granddaughter, Yvette Norman (Joel).

A funeral service will be conducted Friday, Sept. 27 at Graham Funeral Home Chapel at 4 p.m. Apostle Nettye Barber will officiate and burial will follow in Rose Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home 30 minutes before the service.
