• Nicholas M. Bohannon, speeding 90 in a 70, reduced to 79 in a 70, $50, cost; reckless driving to endanger, driving while license revoked not DWI revocation, dismissed.
• Stacy Hope Butler, driving while license revoked not DWI revocation, operating vehicle with no insurance, give/lend/borrow license plate, deliver/acceptance of blank/open title, dismissed.
• Bradley Scott Driver, assault on a female, dismissed.

• James Vernell Jones, driving while license revoked violation of limited driving privilege, prayer for judgment continued, cost; driving/allowing vehicle to be driven with registration plate not displayed, dismissed.
• Steven Worth Jones, four counts possession of a firearm by a felon, dismissed, wrong defendant.
• Miles Taylor Kirksey, speeding 91 in a 70, prayer for judgment continued, cost.
• Maximino Leon Luna, possession/manufacture of fraudulent ID, reduced to giving fictitious information to officer, $50, cost.
• Paul Emerson Merchant, speeding 84 in a 70, reduced to improper equipment, $25, cost.
• Donna Jo Miller, misdemeanor larceny, dismissed.
• Andy Junior Mitchell, simple worthless check, dismissed.
• Ignacio Mondragon, failure to maintain lane control, dismissed.
• John Hubert Moore, Jr., speeding 31 in a 20, prayer for judgment continued, cost.
• Bryan Stefan Oakes, purchase of a firearm while under a domestic violence order, dismissed.
