Mr. Dale Harding Cranfill, 68, of Sain Road, Mocksville, died on Sept. 11, 2019 at his home.

Mr. Cranfill was born on June 19, 1951, in Yadkin County to the late Stacey Harding and Nellie Baity Cranfill. He was a senior programmer at Ingersoll Rand for 43 years and was a member of Bear Creek Baptist Church.

He was also preceeded in death by: a sister, Lyvonne Kelly; and 2 brothers, Elton and Ronald Cranfill.

Survivors: his wife of 42 years, Wanda Cranfill: son, Scott Cranfill (Jennifer) of Mocksville; daughters, Kim Cranfill of Mocksville, and Brandi Ellis (Brandon) of Midway; sister-in-law, Trina Cranfill of Mocksville; 4 grandchildren, Jacob Rubin, Amie Cranfill, Baden Ellis and Spencer Ellis; and many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be conducted at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 15 at Eaton Funeral Chapel, with the Rev. Greg McEwen officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:30-3 at the funeral home.
