Pablo Benitez de Jesus, 60, of Mocksville, died on June 6, 2019 in Winston-Salem while under the care of the K.B. Reynolds Hospice House.

He was born June 24, 1958 in Tepetixtla, Guerrero, Mexico, a son to the late Natividad Benitez-Ramirez and Rufina Aparicio de Jesus.

Survivors: sons, Donaciano Benitez-Rea of Mocksville,  and Inocente and Diego Benitez-Rea of Mexico; brothers, Antelmo and Bernardo Benitez de Jesus of Mexico, bPedro, Mauro and Refugio Benitez-Aparicio of Mocksville; sister, Estela Benitez de Jesus of Mexico; and 3 grandchildren.

A visitation was held on Sunday, June 9 from 6:30-11:30 p.m. at the Davie Funeral Service Chapel in Mocksville. A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Monday, June 10 at 11 a.m. at the St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church in Mocksville with the Rev. Father Eric Kowalski officiating. Burial followed at Rose Cemetery.
