Warren Douglas Joyner, 64, of Mocksville, died on Thursday, March 29, 2018 at the W.G. Bill Hefner VA Medical Center in Salisbury.

He was born in Statsville, NC Aug. 6, 1953 to the late Ruby Bullabough Joyner and the late Graham Joyner.  He was a 1971 graduate of Davie High School, veteran of the U.S. Army, and was also employed as a truck driver.

He was also preceded in death by a brother, James Bullabough

Survivors: his brother, Wayne Joyner (Janet) of Yakinville; and longtime friend, LuAnne Seamon.

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, April 9 at the Salisbury National Cemetery, 501 Statesville Blvd. Salisbury, officiated by a VA Chaplain with military honors being accorded by the Lyerly Volunteer Honor Guard.
