The N.C. Department of Transportation will hold a public meeting about a roundabout scheduled to be built in Mocksville.

The roundabout is planned for the Wilkesboro Street, Yadkinville Road, Mumford Drive and Meroney Street intersection.

The meeting will be from 4-6 p.m. at First Baptist Church, 412 N. Main St., Mocksville. There will be no formal presentation, but residents can drop by anytime to speak with NCDOT officials about the proposals.

Residents can leave their opinions about the project, or put them in writing and submit them prior to the Feb. 22 deadline.
