Virginia Louise Evans, 46, died on Dec. 20, 2017  following a period of declining health.

She was born in Cleveland, Ohio, daughter of the late Mickey Kelly and Anita Evans. She was an employee of Cedar Rock Assisted Living.

Survivors: her mother, Charlene Kelly of Florida; 2 sons, Reginal Carey Jr. and Romell Carey, both of Mocksville; 2 daughters, Shakiylah Evans of Harmony and Talayia Carey of Mocksville; 2 brothers, Michael Kelly and Cameron Martinez; 5 sisters, Celena Kelly, Cherie Johnson, Lisa Evans, Michelle Debardeleben and Courtney Bailey; 4 grandchildren; and other relatives and friends.

A celebration of life service will be held on Dec. 18 at 10 a.m. in the chapel of Graham Funeral Home. The Rev. Rodney Barker will officiate. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.
