Blaise Baptist Church Handyman Ministry recently traveled to Jeffrey City, Wyo. on an outreach project to  assist Jeffrey City Community Church in roofing the sanctuary/gymnasium.

They worked with others from Casper and Riverton, Wyo. and were able to complete the task within one week.

The team was invited by Mike and Karen Sain, formerly of Mocksville, who worked along side the Blaise team and other volunteers to help complete the project. Also assisting the Blaise group were men from Set Free, a Christian rehab ministry based in Wyoming for former addicts and parolees.

The Jeffrey City Community church has an active ministry to bicyclists who travel along the western continental divide. Cyclists from all over the world use the church facilities for overnight shelter or a refreshment stop, and they hear the gospel presented by a ministry team while there.

Making the trip from Blaise were Mike Morrison, Gerald Chaffin, Van Fagan, Paul Stapf, Retha Whitaker, Richard Coggins, and Rick Hendricks.
