Last week’s shag night at 4 Oaks Event Center was a huge success; approximately 70 people attended.

Therefore, shag lessons are being offered at 4 Oaks for four consecutive Thursdays (June 16, 23, 30, and July 7). Beginner lessons are 6:15. The beginner class will advance each week. Try to attend all four weeks if possible.

Refresher class will work on intermediate to advanced steps at 7 p.m., a different step each week.

Classes are $10 for age 21 and over; $5 for under 21.

There will be no DJ playing music on these nights. Dancing will be to the jukebox until about 9 p.m.
