The Rotary Club of Mocksville’s annual Ladies Luncheon will be on Thursday, Feb. 18 at noon at the First United Methodist Church in the Family Life Center at 410 N. Main St. in Mocksville.

There will be lunch, a social time, and words about how to “Be a Gift to the World” from guest speaker, Aubrey Barham Draughn from Honor Darling, followed by a fashion show.

Rotary International President K.R. Ravindran chose “Be a Gift to the World” as the theme for 2015-16. Ravindran urges Rotary members to give the gifts of time, talent, and knowledge to improve lives in communities across the globe.

“Through Rotary, we can take these gifts and make a genuine difference in the lives of others and in our world,” he said.

“It is our hope to share this message with the ladies of our community to inspire them and to help make an impact right here in Davie County,” said Stephanie Koefed.

The event is limited to the first 50 to register and the cost is $12. To register or for more information, email mocksvillerotary@gmail.com or call Koefoed at 751.5921 (option 4).
