The Mocksville Planning Board will meet Thursday, Dec. 10 at 5:30 p.m. at Mocksville Town Hall.

The board will review a request by Martha Foster to rezone 5.46 acres from Open Space Residential OSR to Highway Commercial HC. The property is at 1179 Country Lane and is Davie County Tax Parcel H500000018.

The meeting is open to the public. A full copy of agenda items will be on file at the Mocksville Town Hall and the Davie County Development Services Department.  Prior to the meeting, anyone interested may obtain additional information or ask questions about the meeting by visiting the Development Services Department on weekdays between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. or by telephone at 753-6050.
