Mrs. Helen Howard Hendricks, 91, of Bermuda Village, died Thursday, Nov. 19, 2015, at Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem.

She was born June 8, 1924, in Davie County, to the late Rone and Lillie Howard. Mrs. Hendricks was a member of First United Methodist Church, Mocksville.

She was preceded in death by a grandson, Ron Brown.

Survivors: her husband of 73 years, Clyde H. Hendricks of the home; 2 children, Larry Hendricks of Davidson and Dianne Brown of Bermuda Run West; 5 grandchildren, Carrie Brown McGuire (Alex), Davin Brown (Megan), Chad Hendricks (Chrissy), Sally Ferebee (Matt) and Alex Hendricks; and 9 great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be conducted at 4:30 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 21 at First United Methodist Church with Dr. Glenn L. Myers Jr.  officiating. Burial will follow in Rose Cemetery. The family will receive friends in the Family Life Center following burial.
