Margaret Wall Cecil, 94, of High Point died Thursday, Aug. 20, 2015, at Westchester Manor.

Mrs. Cecil was born March 21, 1921, in Guilford County, the daughter of James Smith Wall and Maude Mayberry Wall. On Nov. 5, 1938, she married Joseph Gilbert Cecil, who preceded her in death.

Surviving: her daughter JoAnn Bauman; 4 grandchildren, Jose Oliveros II, Jennifer Odell, Michelle Ransom and Jason Bauman; great-grandchildren, Tyler Odell, Dakota Odell and Erika Bittle.

A memorial service was to be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 27, at Sechrest Chapel in High Point. Burial was to be at Oakwood Cemetery. The family was to receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday night from 6-8.
