Terry Price Smith

Mr. Terry Price Smith, 73, of Advance died Sunday, July 6, 2014 at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center. 

He was born July 4, 1941 in Davie County to Rober and Nell Bowden Smith. He was preceded in death by a brother, Arnold Smith. 

Surviving: his wife of 41 years, Pamela Smith; 3 children, Suzanne Vaughn (Mark), John Smith (Amber) and Julie Hunter (Scott); 4 granddaughters, Nicole and Lexie Vaughn, McKenzie Smith and Lilly Hunter; a brother, Steve Smith (Georgia); his mother-in-law, Patsy Smith; brother-in-law, Dean Williard; Alice Faye Clontz who was like a sister; and many friends. 

A funeral service was held at 6 p.m. Tuesday, July 8 at Hayworth-Miller Kinderton Chapel with the Rev. Wayne Swisher officiating. The family received friends following the service. Burial was private for the family.
