F.I.L.M.S. — Featured Interesting Library Movie Selections — “Bully.”
This documentary DVD is available at all three Rowan County libraries. Check it out and watch it!
If you are tender-hearted it may bother you quite a bit. If you are not, it might just make you cry a little.
It has some strong words used that you probably won’t hear in Sunday school, but not that many.
With what is going on in schools and recently in Rowan County, watching this film will not waste your time. We can’t stop bullying, but we can see that it is a big problem here in America.
The documentary should make you remember what it was like to be a kid in school no matter on which end of the bullying you stood.
After all five of us (the Hillbilly Hikers Club) watched it, Charlie Whitehead summed it up. He said, “It ain’t cool to be a bully.”
Amen.
