Mr. Andrew W. Reavis Jr., 70, Of Ollie Harkey Road, Mocksville, died Monday, March 28, 2011, at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home in Winston-Salem, after a long battle with ALS (Lou Gehrig’s Disease).
